Job Description
You will embed directly with our larger customers, from high-growth startups to enterprises, to get their custom models into production. You're responsible for translating business problems into working agents, training on customer data, optimizing inference, and doing whatever is required for success. Expect the role to be 30-50% customer-facing across remote work and occasional onsite visits, with the rest focused on building reusable tools and systems that ship back into the core product.
Salary
$180,000 - $240,000 TC
Sample Projects
- Deploy and integrate our platform within customer environments end-to-end.
- Build environment simulations, data capture pipelines, and tooling for model training and evaluation.
- Surface engineering requirements from customer engagements and contribute them back to the core platform.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to ship production systems across application, infra, and data layers.
- Experience building and deploying AI or ML-powered products, including iterating on prompts, evals, model behavior, or inference performance.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, customer-driven environments and turning open-ended business problems into concrete technical plans.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally for onsite customer work.
Bonus Points If
- You have worked on fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines, synthetic data generation, or inference optimization.
- You have deployed systems into customer-controlled environments such as VPC, hybrid, or on-prem setups.
- You have experience in technically demanding, operationally intensive industries such as logistics, manufacturing, defense, or financial services.
